Sell Your Tickets in Three Easy Steps

If you purchased tickets from Ticketmaster, you can find the tickets on your account.
Set the price (must not exceed face value)
You’re in control. Set your price and see exactly how much you'll be paid when your tickets have been sold.
Recieve the payment
When your tickets are sold, you will recieve the payment within 7-10 business days via your selected method of payment, provided we have all the necessary information.
Please note that the Event Organizer may have disabled Resale for your event - in that case you cannot sell your tickets on Ticketmaster.

- Sign in to 'My Account', click 'My Tickets' then select 'See Details' next to your event.
- Click the 'Sell' button.
- Select your tickets you'd like to sell and price them (price must not exceed face value).
- Tell us how you'd like to recieve the payment.
- Review your listing and you're all set.
*Some events may not have Resale available - this decision is made by the organizer of the event.

Not all events or tickets are approved for resale by the organizer. The organizer has the right to change the availability for Resale at any time. If Resale is not possible, you'll be informed when you try to sell the ticket. It's only possible to sell Ticketmaster-tickets.

If you’re removing a listing using the Ticketmaster app, follow these steps:
- Sign in to My Account
- Tap My Events
- Tap the event to view your tickets
- Tap Cancel Listing
- Confirm and complete
If you’re removing a listing on Ticketmaster.dk, follow these steps:
- Sign in to My Account
- Select your ticket
- Click Cancel Listing
- Confirm and complete

To edit a listing you must cancel and re-list via the steps above.

To check on the status of your posted tickets, just sign in to My Account. We will also automatically notify you via email if your tickets are sold. To get paid for the tickets you sell, there are a few important steps you’ll want to follow. Make sure your account is up to date with a.) a valid method of payment and b.) a valid card on file to refund the buyer in case the event is postponed or canceled.
After completing these steps, you’ll be paid within 7-10 business days.

Creating a listing to sell your tickets is always free. When your tickets are sold, a service fee is collected from the total selling price of your tickets. During the listing process you’ll be able to preview all listing details including the service fee.

According to Danish legislation, tickets may not be resold at a higher price than the face value. Set the price to the amount you paid yourself - or lower.
