Den 17 gange dobbelte Grammy-vindende kunstner STING vender endnu en gang op og ned på tingene med lanceringen af sin “STING 3.0" Tour, præsenteret af Cherrytree Music Company og Live Nation. Sammen med den virtuose guitarist og mangeårige samarbejdspartner, Dominic Miller, og den dynamiske trommeslager Chris Maas (Mumford & Sons, Maggie Rogers), vil Sting spille de mest elektrificerende hits og sjældenheder fra sin tidløse diskografi i Tivoli Friheden i Aarhus ved det udendørs koncertformat,’ Summer Session'.

"STING 3.0" verdenstouren begyndte i Europa i sommer og startede for nyligt den nordamerikanske del i Fillmore i Detroit, MI til anmelderroser:

Sting er kendt for sit banebrydende arbejde som solokunstner og som frontmand og sangskriver i den banebrydende gruppe The Police, managed af Martín Kierszenbaum/Cherrytree Music Company, og har konsekvent flyttet grænserne for musikalsk innovation gennem sin enestående karriere. ‘STING 3.0’ turnéen markerer en ny dynamisk æra, hvor udvalgte sange fra hans omfattende katalog præsenteres med intensitet og energi fra en tight tre-mands konstellation, og inspireret af hans nye sang “I Wrote Your Name (Upon My Heart)” - mixet af den 4 gange Grammy Award vindende mix-tekniker Robert Orton - der udkom 5. september på Cherrytree Music Company/Interscope Records.
