Heartland Festival Tickets

Heartland Festival takes place in the beautiful surroundings of Egeskov Castle on Funen. The festival combines an international program with music, art, talks and food. Heartland is a contemporary cultural festival where people meet and develop through community and entertaining experiences.

Since the first festival in 2016, Heartland has focused on and highlighted a wide range of cultures that move through the ecstatic, the challenging and the distinctive - while exploring gastronomic evolution, political complexities and both new and old music. Heartland is deeply rooted in and with the local community that surrounds Egeskov Castle and Funen.

At Heartland, we present an original music program consisting of a diverse mix of international and Danish artists. It is important that the program reflects the festival's ambition to work actively with diversity, and you can therefore expect an equal distribution of female and male artists and bands represented. The main value in the composition of the music program is the creation of community around and through music.

The music program has something for fans of the modern as well as the more traditional music scene.

On our largest stage, Greenfield, the ambition is to provide the opportunity to experience names and bands that don't often visit Denmark, but still have a wide and loyal audience. We're talking about everything from big international stars to icons from previous generations, and of course some of the biggest Danish artists.
