2025 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship Tickets

There are 7 different ticket categories.

Category 1: The best seats in the arena. Can only be purchased with a VIP upgrade.

Category 2: The second-best seats in the arena, located along the sidelines.

Category 3: Good seats in the lower level at the corners and behind the goal.

Category 4: Seats on the upper level.

Category 5: Seats at the back of the upper level, available at a lower price.

Rink Side: The seats closest to the ice. Please note that the view from these seats may be limited.

Grandstand: Standing spaces located behind the goal.

Day tickets

Provides access to all games on a given day.

Single-game tickets

Provides access to the specific game. Single-game tickets will go on sale at the beginning of 2025 and will only be available for games that haven't sold out yet. Therefore, you are not guaranteed a ticket to your preferred game.

Your tickets will be emailed to you and made available in the Ticketmaster app under "My Account" after October 3, 2024, when the official ticket sale begins. The order confirmation you received via e-mail when purchasing the tickets is your proof of purchase.

A day ticket is a ticket for all games on a specific day. This means you get at least two and at most three games with a day ticket. Day tickets can be purchased from October 3, 2024, through Ticketmaster.

You save up to around 10% on day tickets (compared to single-game tickets).

Day tickets, as with previous IIHF Ice Hockey World Championships, are the main product offered. Single-game tickets will be available in 2025 (date and month not yet determined) for games that have not yet sold out.

Refunds are only available in the event of game cancellations. If you wish to resell your tickets, we recommend using Ticketmaster Resale. The same applies if you want to buy tickets from others, as this ensures a safe ticket purchase within the rules.

You can buy a maximum of 20 tickets. For example, this could be 10 day tickets, with two games per day. If you want to buy more than 20 tickets, you must contact Ticketmaster Service Center at +45 3848 1630. The limit on ticket purchases is to prevent credit card fraud and so on.

The team mentioned first in the game program (NAT vs. NAT) is considered the home team. They begin at the end where the standing section is located, and play first and third period at that end.

No, there are no dedicated fan sections for individual nations' fans. However, we expect a red-and-white wall of die-hard Danish fans in the stands and surrounding Category 3 seats during Denmark's games.

Fans from other nations should try contacting their national federations, who can coordinate with the organizers regarding purchasing seats in designated sections of the arena.

Wheelchair spaces allow access for one wheelchair user + one free companion. The seats are priced as Category 2. There will also be a companion+ arrangement, which means that additional companion seats can be purchased directly behind the wheelchair section.
Wheelchair seats can be purchased through Ticketmaster's Service Center at +45 3848 1633 or through the arena's ticket office at +45 9926 9999.

You can request to be put on a waiting list in case the organizer is able to open more wheelchair spaces later.

If you need a companion due to a physical or mental disability, the companion ticket is free. Please note that there is a limited number of companion tickets. Tickets can be purchased in Category 3 and Category 4. Children up to 3 years old at the time of the game are free, as long as they sit on the lap of an adult with a reserved seat. The child’s age must be documented when scanning the ticket.

Yes, parking is free at P2, P3, and P5.

VIP guests and vehicles with handicap plates are directed to P1.

Yes, it is possible to charge electric cars.

Vegan and vegetarian dishes will be available at selected stalls in the Jyske Bank Boxen, as well as in the Official Fan Zone. Gluten-free products will also be available at selected stalls.

Yes, you can enter the Official Fan Zone without a ticket. For security reasons, you will be searched when you arrive at the area. Tickets are only required when entering Jyske Bank Boxen.

The Official Fan Zone opens two hours before the first game of the day.

Hockey camping

If you plan to buy a ticket for the upper level, be aware that the height is between 12-17 meters. Tickets can be changed to a different location and price category, but only if more seats are available. However, note that Ticketmaster will charge a new ticket fee.

Ticketmaster's Service Center can be reached at +45 3848 1630 Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:30. Our service center is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

For safety reasons, there are restrictions on which bags may be brought to the 2025 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship in Herning. The following bags are allowed:

• Backpacks and bags with maximum dimensions of 20 x 15 x 10 cm.
• Diaper bags, provided they are brought with a child.

For security reasons, bags must never be left unattended.

Bags that do not comply with these rules cannot be brought into the arena. However, it will be possible to hand in your bag outside the entrances.

This is done to ensure a safe and secure experience for all guests.

A cloakroom for jackets, etc., is available inside Jyske Bank Boxen after your ticket has been scanned (opens 1 hour before the first match).

Upon arrival at the event, you will pass through security screening tents. There are two entrances, and for security reasons, checks will take place. After the screening, you will have access to the fan zone area, where you can stay without a ticket. Your ticket is scanned only when you enter Jyske Bank Boxen itself, using entrance 4 or 5.

Applications should be sent to Security.herning@2025.iihfworlds.com(Opens in new tab) with the following details:

• Which match the application applies to
• Seats in the arena
• Whether the application is on behalf of a fan group (including the number of participants and their seating location)
• A picture of the drum and its size

IMPORTANT: Drums must not disturb other ticket holders or obstruct views. They also must not be placed in aisles or stairways. If this occurs, relocation may be required. As a drum owner, you are responsible for ensuring it does not block emergency exits or evacuation routes.

Flags, banners, and clothing without political messages are allowed inside Jyske Bank Boxen.

However, the following restrictions apply:

• Only official national flags of the participating countries are permitted.
• Flags and banners must be a reasonable size and no larger than 1m high x 1.5m long.
• Flags must not obstruct other guests' views. If they do, security will ask you to take them down.
• Plastic flagpoles are allowed with a maximum length of 60 cm (including the flag). Metal and wooden poles are not allowed.
• Large tifos are not allowed for safety reasons. Smaller tifos must adhere to the maximum size of 1m high x 1.5m long per piece.

It is strictly forbidden to fly drones in the airspace around the event without prior agreement with the police. If you violate this prohibition and fly your drone in the airspace anyway, the drone will be confiscated.

As a drone owner, it is the user's own responsibility to check what rules apply to the airspace.

Merchandise can be purchased in the Official Fan Zone and may be brought into Jyske Bank Boxen.
